Emergency Unemployment Compensation Program Ends

Just a reminder, the end of the Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) Program is fast approaching. The last payable week on the EUC Program is week ending on December 29, 2012, regardless of any benefits remaining in an individual’s account at that time. This applies to all Tiers of the Emergency Unemployment Compensation.

December 16, 2012 is the last effective date to establish Tier I eligibility.

December 23, 2012 is the last effective date to be eligible under Tiers II and III. To establish eligibility, the previous tier must be exhausted by the week ending December 22, 2012.

The last payable week on any tier (Tier I, II, III or IV) will be the week ending December 29, 2012.
